An Urgent Appeal -Thrangu Monastery, Tibet - Emergency Earthquake Relief

Dear Friends and Members of Traleg Kyabgon Rinpoche’s Centres -Yeshe Nyima and E-Vam Institute - an urgent appeal.

As you are no doubt aware, the Yushu area of eastern Tibet has suffered from a major earthquake. Traleg Rinpoche’s monastery Thrangu Monastery has been damaged significantly with most buildings including the Retreat complexes destroyed and tragically many monks lost their lives. Further the surrounding community has been left homeless, and thousands are injured. Rinpoche’s Centres are calling for donations, which will be forwarded directly to the Thrangu Monastery authorities who will provide receipts, so as to assure you your money has been directed to the victims. Also E-Vam Institute will send tax deductable receipts at the end of the financial year.
