Runs during school terms, offering morning and evening options for those who have learned how to meditate and would like to explore the world of Buddhist wisdom further. This course is designed to deepen our meditation practice, develop our loving kindness towards ourselves and others, and to cover some of the major topics of Buddhism such as karma and reincarnation.
