    This is a short introductory course that covers the key aspects of Buddhist teachings and is suited for beginners and those who wish to gain an overview of the Buddha’s teachings. The course will be presented by a panel of lay Buddhist teachers from various backgrounds and will also be an excellent opportunity to ask all your questions about Buddhism.
